So we have waved goodbye to 2019 and Brexit we are now looking to the future and 2020. We had a super busy Christmas and New year. Last year saw us introduce more food options such as Bagels and Freshly made Soups, so what may you wonder could we do next?
This year we have the return of the Crediton Food Festival (13th & 14th June), we have been looking forward to this returning as it takes place right outside our shop and we get really involved.
Also, as most of you know there recently has been alot of focus on the climate and how businesses such as ours can help. At Crediton Coffee we have always had a keen passion for protecting the environment right from the start in 2011. We use recycled packaging, LED lights, Locally sourced food and recently we started using an electric car thats charged of solar panels (not the mains!) in addition to our super trusty smart car. We are now going one step further to help reduce the use of packaging by providing our customers with re-fillable containers, incidentally we did do this pack in 2011 but our supplier closed and was outside of the UK so t didn't work for us, back to the drawing board and watch this space!
Finally we have a new member of staff named Gemma, she started with us just before Christmas and has really enjoyed her first few months her. Gemma moved from Exeter to Crediton with her family and had previously worked in McGahey's Tobacconist.
